site, a full two week rental and disposal of your trash (up to designated weight limits).
The rental period or waste volume may be increased for an additional fee.
Q.How much do dumpster rentals cost?
A.The price of a dumpster rental is determined by the city of delivery, dumpster size
and the type of debris you will be putting into the roll off dumpster. When you call

specifications. Remember, because we’re a local company we can give you the

Q.How far in advance do I need to order my dumpster?
A.It’s always a good idea to book your dumpster as far in advance as possible to
ensure its availability and our ability to deliver the day you need it. Keep in mind we’re busiest on Mondays and Fridays. While we always appreciate a couple days
notice, we realize timely delivery is critical to keeping your project moving on
time and budget. While speed of service is based on availability, typically, as
long as you place your order by noon we will be able to deliver the dumpster the
next business day. In some instances same day delivery is possible.
Q.How much trash will Rocksolid Dumpsters haul off for me?
A.When you order your dumpster rental, our friendly customer service
representatives will let you know the weight limit on the dumpster you order. This
is determined by the size of the dumpster-larger dumpsters will hold more trash,
and we’re happy to take care of that trash for you!
Q.What kind of debris do you dispose of?
A.We specialize in working with most types of home improvement, demolition and
cleanout projects, but there are some items we simply don’t have the resources to
dispose of per EPA guidelines. Those items include:
• Biohazardous materials/medical waste
• Paint (although dry paint cans are permissible)
• Batteries
• Propane tanks
• Liquids/Solvents/Freon/Chemicals
• Equipment containing gas or oil
If you need to dispose of any of these materials, let us know and we’ll direct you to the
proper agency.
Q.What size dumpster do I need?
A.Obviously, the size of dumpster you’re going to need will depend on the size of
your project. We offer 10, and 20 yard dumpsters. Recommendations are
available on our website, or you can call our office and one of our friendly and
experienced customer service representatives will be happy to help you reach a
decision.
Q.How high can I load my dumpster?
A.When the dumpster is picked up the driver will put a tarp over the load for containment
during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the
dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the
weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and
cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before
we can remove it. Additional charges may be assessed.
Q.Who can rent a dumpster?
A.We rent dumpsters to everyone! Most of our clients are DIY homeowners,
businesses, real estate agents, charity organizations and small to mid-sized
contractors; however, we have been known to work with major contractors on
large industrial construction sites as well.
Q.Can I put the dumpster on the street?
A.Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning
dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way.
Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and
costs to purchase any necessary permits. Rocksolid Dumpsters is not
responsible for obtaining proper permits.
Q.Will it damage my driveway or landscaping?
A.We know that when you mix a dumpster rental, driveway, sidewalk, grass and
expensive landscaping, you might be less than thrilled with the final result!
Despite our precautions, however, there is always the potential of damage to your
property. This damage can be caused by heavy trucks, the weight of the
containers or poor surface conditions. Rocksolid Dumpsters is not financially
liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster operation.
